10 Things I am Loving [7]

  1. “The Residence” on Netflix. If you like a “Clue” like tv show where someone dies at the beginning and they interview everyone about where/what they were doing at the time of the murder, this show is for you.

  2. Walking around the yard looking for signs of spring. A tulip popping up from under the leaves, blooms in the trees, more birds chirping, kids outside riding their bikes.

  3. I am very late to the party but I watched Wicked this week. Obsessed. I was thinking it wouldn’t live up to the hype but I was wrong. I had seen the broadway version, and loved that too.

  4. Now I am thinking I need to introduce my girls to all the musicals. If you have any suggestions let me know.

  5. I drink an espresso every morning with oat milk. I put the oat milk in my frother with maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Soon I might switch to iced. I do not have a regular coffee pot so I stop by Dunkin Donuts and grab a box of decaf, freeze the coffee in an ice cube tray so I do not water down my coffee.

  6. Working out has always been a struggle for me. At one point I was really into Barre, then I broke my patella while hiking in Banff. So that stopped. Lately I have been alternating riding the stationary bike, and doing pilates. I use the peloton app for both. I think I am finally getting into a good rhythm. I need someone to tell me what to do or I won’t do it.

  7. Ever think you’ll be sad and anxious forever? I have. I really wish I could just live in a compound with my besties and we raise our kids together but we all live in different states. Thank goodness for Zoloft. Still get anxious, and sad sometimes but it helps.

  8. Chocolate ice cream should always have peanuts or almonds.

  9. Tulips are my favorite flowers. I grew up in Florida, a place deprived of spring bulbs, so now that I live in the midwest I am making up for lost time.

  10. Why are the newer seasons Doctor Who so bad??
